For bookings, administrative enquiries, or insurance documentation, please contact the office first. The line is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, and our reception team will arrange an appointment or pass your enquiry to the right person.
You can also reach Radek directly on 07496 772542. Because ambulatory equine work means a lot of time on yards, he isn’t always able to answer calls or messages straight away, so the office number is usually quicker.

Emergency Cover
We provide 24-hour emergency veterinary care for our clients. In an urgent or emergency situation, please call rather than sending a message.
Monday to Friday after 4:30 pm:

Please call our usual practice number on 07496 772503. Your call will automatically be transferred to our professional answering service, who will immediately contact and connect you with the veterinarian on call.
This service ensures that a veterinarian is always available when urgent veterinary attention is required.
